Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Mr. Kamel Baddari, announced today, Thursday, that 97% of new Baccalaureate holders were granted one of their expressed choices.
The Minister explained during a press conference at the ministry's headquarters dedicated to presenting the orientation results for Baccalaureate holders (2026 session) that the number of assigned students reached 391,018 out of 403,119 registered on the digital platform.
Regarding the students who did not receive any of their choices—making up 3%—the Minister confirmed that "they will be given a second opportunity to re-register, starting tomorrow, Friday, July 31, and continuing through August 2."
