Djellaoui highlighted that the Gara Djebilet – Tindouf – Béchar railway line will effectively end the region's isolation.

The Minister praised "the commitment of the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, and his courageous decisions."

He continued: "The realization of this historic project before the set deadline is a tremendous challenge successfully met by the government, public and military authorities, and the construction companies."

The Minister recalled that "everyone worked in complete harmony and coordination," a factor that "turned the dream into reality."

Djellaoui considered this achievement evidence of "the clear maturity of competencies and the actual development of national institutions, thanks to the sound directives of the President of the Republic."

He concluded by asserting that this mega-project has "entered Algeria into history."

"The region will experience a strong momentum in facilitating transport from Tindouf to various parts of the country," he added.
