The Ministry of Youth announced in a statement on Tuesday the official launch of the "Mahrajani" platform, dedicated to registrations for national youth festivals.
In this context, young members of youth establishments can register exclusively via the digital platform using the following link: https://festival.mjeunesse.gov.dz/, the same source detailed.
Following the registration process, the Directorates of Youth and Sports (DJS) across the various wilayas will select the best participants to represent their wilayas during these national events, the same source added.
On this occasion, the ministry invited "young talents and individuals with creative ideas, projects, or initiatives to seize this opportunity to take part in these major national events that bring Algerian youth together under the banner of creativity, excellence, and the spirit of citizenship."
The festivals also provide a space for "fair competition, the exchange of experiences, and the creation of new success stories among the country's youth," the source highlighted.
These national youth festivals, scheduled during the spring holidays between March and April 2026, notably include "the Maghreb Youth Meeting for Environment and Climate Change, from March 25 to 28 in El Tarf; the National Youth Tourism Exhibition, from March 25 to 29 in Tamanrasset; the National Space for Innovation and Artificial Intelligence, from March 26 to 29 in Sétif; and the National Young Entrepreneur Exhibition, from March 30 to April 2 in Mascara, in addition to the National Mental Math and Intelligence Games Competition, from March 31 to April 2 in Bordj Bou Arreridj," the statement concluded.
