On the sidelines of his participation in the second day of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, the Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad, and African Affairs, Mr. Ahmed Attaf, held bilateral talks today in Antalya with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation, and Egyptian Expatriates, Mr. Badr Abdelatty.
These talks were devoted to discussing ways to maintain the positive dynamics characterizing the relations of brotherhood and partnership between the two countries, particularly in economic fields. This is to be achieved by ensuring the implementation of the outcomes of the 9th session of the Joint Grand Commission, which was held last November.
The two ministers also held consultations regarding a number of issues of common interest, primarily the developments in the Middle East, as well as the situation in Libya, in anticipation of the upcoming meeting of the Tripartite Mechanism of Libya's neighboring countries.
