The Speaker of the People’s National Assembly, Mr. Brahim Boughali, held a bilateral meeting in Istanbul, Türkiye , with the President of the Advisory Council for the Refoundation of the Republic of Niger, Mr. Mamoudou Harouna Djingarey. This meeting took place on the sidelines of the 152nd General Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU), according to a statement issued by the Assembly this Sunday.
The meeting addressed bilateral relations between Algeria and the Republic of Niger, exploring ways to strengthen them to meet broader aspirations, while also discussing prospects for joint cooperation between the two countries.
The meeting also provided an opportunity to address parliamentary relations, contributing to the enhancement of consultation and coordination between the two legislative institutions of both countries.
