The Ministry of Youth announced in a statement on Monday the launch of the "Sawtoukoum" (Your Voice) digital platform, serving as a modern mechanism to address youth concerns and listen to their views and proposals.
The same source explained that "within the framework of implementing the state’s orientations aimed at enhancing digital transformation and consolidating the principles of transparency and openness toward the youth, the Ministry of Youth announces the launch of the digital platform (Sawtoukoum) as a modern mechanism to address youth concerns and listen to their opinions and suggestions, under the direct supervision of the Minister of Youth."
"Sawtoukoum" is described as an "interactive digital platform that allows young people to express their concerns easily and securely, and to submit their proposals and observations with complete transparency. It also enables them to report shortcomings, irregularities, and general concerns, while ensuring real-time tracking of their requests until they are processed." Young people can access the platform via the link: https://sawtoukoum.mjeunesse.gov.dz.
The statement added that this initiative falls within the sector’s efforts to "adopt digitalization to improve the quality of public service and establish a participatory approach based on involving youth in the formulation and evaluation of public policies directed at them."
In this context, the Ministry calls on all young people to "actively engage in this initiative and utilize this digital platform to express their aspirations and raise their concerns clearly, thereby contributing to the improvement of public performance and enhancing the quality of the programs provided."
