The Prime Minister, Mr. Sifi Ghrieb, received on Monday evening in Algiers the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mr. Elmedin Konakovic, who is on an official visit to Algeria, according to a communiqué from the Prime Minister’s office.
The talks, held at the Government Palace, allowed both parties to discuss "the current state and prospects of relations between the two countries and to reaffirm their shared desire to strengthen bilateral cooperation in various fields, notably through the consolidation of the institutional framework of relations and the revitalization of bilateral cooperation mechanisms," the communiqué specified.
The discussions also focused on "the ways and means of promoting economic cooperation and trade between the two countries, particularly through the intensification of contacts between businessmen from both nations and their support in establishing bilateral partnerships, enabling them to benefit from the opportunities offered by the comprehensive economic reforms initiated by the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, to improve the business climate in Algeria," according to the same source.
