The "Mohamed Benahmed" Convention Center in Oran will host the inaugural edition of the "Logim Expo" International Housing and Real Estate Exhibition from July 15 to 19, according to event commissioner Mohamed Yacine Khachai.
Speaking at a press conference at the headquarters of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the Oran wilaya, Mr. Khachai noted that over 70 Algerian exhibitors are expected. The lineup includes real estate professionals, property developers, representatives from public and private construction firms, financial institutions, insurance companies, and officials from several embassies accredited in Algeria.
Organized by the "Ultimate Station" agency in partnership with "Boumedia Publicité," the event serves as a platform to discover the latest sector trends and foster professional partnerships. It will showcase technological innovations for modern living and housing solutions tailored to various income levels, presented by developers, architectural firms, and interior design specialists.
This five-day exhibition, held under the slogan "Summer, Housing," is strategically timed for the summer season. It offers a prime opportunity for local citizens and the Algerian diaspora to invest in the housing market, whether through the acquisition of promotional units or by registering for ongoing housing programs within the city of Oran.
To attract members of the diaspora interested in property ownership, several developers will offer special discounts on completed units as well as off-plan sales opportunities, Mr. Khachai added.
Furthermore, the event will feature B2B meetings between economic operators, alongside professional conferences. These sessions will cover specialized topics such as "Environment and Smart Homes," "Modern Construction Technologies," "Architecture," "Aesthetic Design in Housing Programs," and "Urban Planning and Green Spaces."
