Representing the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, the President of the Council of the Nation, Azouz Nasri, participated this Tuesday in the Ugandan capital, Kampala, in the swearing-in ceremony of Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni, who was re-elected following the presidential election held last January 14.
The ceremony took place in the presence of several heads of state, government officials, and representatives from various countries, according to a statement from the Council of the Nation.
On this occasion, the elected Ugandan President, Yoweri Museveni, greeted the President of the Council of the Nation, Azouz Nasri, who conveyed to him the congratulations of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, as well as his wishes for success and achievement in the exercise of his duties.
