Hajj 1447 AH / 2026 AD: Mr. Belmehdi Participates in the Annual Reception Hosted by the Saudi Crown Prince

The Minister of Religious Affairs and Endowments and Head of the Algerian Hajj Mission, Mr. Youcef Belmehdi, participated on Thursday evening in the annual reception hosted by the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud, on behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, on the occasion of the Hajj season 1447 AH / 2026 AD. 

The reception took place at the Royal Court in the Mina Palace in Makkah, in the presence of prominent Islamic figures, scholars, and guests of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, as well as heads of delegations and Hajj missions from various Islamic countries who performed the Hajj rituals this season.

The meeting served as an occasion to reaffirm the great care provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in serving the "Guests of Allah" and ensuring the best organizational and service conditions to perform the rituals in a safe and comfortable atmosphere.

The number of Algerian pilgrims during the current season reached more than 41,000. They are being supported by an Algerian mission comprising various sectors, ensuring the guidance and necessary services for pilgrims throughout their stay in the Holy Sites.
