President of the High Islamic Council Participates in the Saudi Crown Prince’s Annual Reception

As part of strengthening the bonds of brotherhood and reaffirming Algeria's leading and pivotal role in major scientific and jurisprudential forums, the President of the High Islamic Council, Mr. Mabrouk Zaïd el-Kheir, who is also a member of the Islamic Fiqh Academy, attended the annual reception hosted by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 

The event, held on behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, was attended by heads of state, high-ranking officials, and prominent figures from across the Islamic world on the occasion of the Hajj season 1447 AH / 2026 AD.

In a significant scientific and diplomatic gesture reflecting deep fraternal ties, Dr. Mabrouk Zaïd el-Kheir delivered a speech on behalf of the Muslim World League. In his address, he highlighted the sublime spiritual significance of the majestic Hajj gathering, describing it as a divine exception that fosters the drawing together of hearts and the unity of the Ummah. He emphasized the noble message of Islam, rooted in moderation, temperance, and mercy for all worlds.

Dr. Mabrouk Zaïd el-Kheir concluded his speech by praising the great responsibility and diligent efforts undertaken by the Kingdom in serving the Two Holy Mosques. He offered prayers for the acceptance of the pilgrims' rituals and for the unity and solidarity of the Islamic Ummah.
