Attaf Holds Talks in Seoul with His Egyptian Counterpart

The Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad, and African Affairs, Mr. Ahmed Attaf, held bilateral talks today, Monday, in Seoul, with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration, and Egyptian Expatriates, Mr. Badr Abdelatty, on the sidelines of his participation in the ministerial meeting of the Africa-Korea Partnership, according to a statement issued by the ministry.

During these talks, "the two ministers discussed joint efforts aimed at consolidating the relations of brotherhood and partnership between the two fraternal countries, particularly in economic fields," the statement added.

The two ministers also "discussed the current situation in the Arab region, as well as the most important files on the African Union agenda ahead of the continental events to be hosted by the Arab Republic of Egypt at the end of this month," the ministry's statement concluded.
