President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, received a phone call last evening from his brother, Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, President of the brotherly Islamic Republic of Mauritania, who offered—on his own behalf and on behalf of the Mauritanian people—his sincere condolences following the tragic bus accident in Boumerdès. He extended his sympathies to the Algerian people and the families of the victims, while wishing a speedy recovery to the injured.
In turn, the President of the Republic expressed his deep thanks and appreciation to his brother, wishing the brotherly Mauritanian people continued prosperity, stability, and development.
