Commissioned by the President of the Republic, the Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad, and African Affairs, Mr. Ahmed Attaf, arrived in the Jordanian capital, Amman, on Sunday evening. He is set to participate in the "Ministerial Meeting to Support Jerusalem and its Holy Sites," scheduled for August 5.

The meeting will bring together members of the Arab Ministerial Committee mandated with international action to confront illegal Israeli policies and measures in occupied Jerusalem, alongside representatives from Indonesia, Pakistan, Turkey, and Malaysia.

This gathering convenes against the backdrop of rapidly deteriorating conditions in the occupied Palestinian territories, particularly in the context of the continued escalation of Israeli occupation attacks against the brotherly Palestinian people and its ongoing attempts to undermine their national project.

During his visit, the Minister of State will also take the opportunity to hold bilateral meetings with several of his counterparts. These discussions will focus on reviewing bilateral relations and exchanging views and perspectives on pressing regional and international issues.
