The Ministry of Industry announced in a statement on Wednesday the launch of a digital space for industrial companies to declare data, particularly regarding production and inputs used. This initiative aims to support national products and enhance the reliability of statistics used in formulating public policies.
The platform's launch ceremony was co-chaired by the Ministry's Secretary General and the Minister's Chief of Staff, in the presence of members of the central unit tasked with assisting economic operators in the registration and data exchange process via this space.
The launch of this digital space is part of "the implementation of directives from the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, aimed at modernizing public administration and anchoring digital transformation as a strategic choice. It also seeks to materialize the ministry's policy focused on modernizing management mechanisms, simplifying administrative procedures, supporting economic operators, and strengthening transparency in the management of industrial activity," the ministry stated.
The platform aims to "protect and support national products by collecting and processing industrial production data—specifically production volumes, capacities, inputs used, and technical data—in a periodic and structured manner. This is part of a comprehensive vision of industrial performance indicators at the national level, thereby reinforcing the reliability of statistics used in drafting public policies," the same source added.
In this context, the Ministry of Industry has invited all economic operators active in the manufacturing sector to register via the digital space starting today on the official website: https://prodnat.industrie.gov.dz.
To facilitate access and use of the platform, launched under the slogan "Reliable Statistics to Protect and Support National Products," the ministry has prepared a practical guide downloadable from its official website. This guide details the registration steps and how to use the various features of this digital space.
The ministry also invited economic operators to approach the Wilaya Directorates of Industry or contact the email address prodnat@industrie.gov.dz for further information regarding the platform.
