The 15th edition of the Renewable Energy, Future Energy, and Sustainable Development Exhibition (ERA) will be held from February 2 to 4 at the Oran Convention Center, organizers indicated in a press release this Monday.

The theme for this year's event is the "energy mix," the same source stated, adding that this edition will highlight major advances in the sector, particularly regarding renewable energy, green hydrogen, and decarbonization challenges.

Nearly one hundred exhibitors—including companies, public institutions, banks, research centers, universities, and polytechnic schools—are expected to take part in this exhibition. The event constitutes an opportunity for exchanging and sharing expertise, as well as developing partnerships, it was emphasized.

Participants include major energy and industrial groups such as Sonatrach, GICA, Condor, GISB, and Zergoun Green Energy. Water resources will be represented by organizations such as SEAAL and the GERHYD group, while scientific research will be led by research and development centers, as well as universities and polytechnic schools, according to the same source.

Organized by the event agency "Myriad," this exhibition is part of an initiative to support companies in their energy transition efforts by promoting the use of renewable energies to reduce their carbon footprint and contribute to the fight against global warming, it was further noted.

Furthermore, a comprehensive scientific program is planned on the sidelines of the exhibition, including 19 presentations and panels led by sector specialists, economic operators, and institutional representatives.
