He announced that once the Law on Political Parties is ratified, a dialogue will be initiated with represented political entities to discuss a "societal project".

On the same occasion, the President of the Republic reaffirmed that freedom of expression is "constitutionally protected". In a related context, the President touched upon the regularization procedures for young Algerians residing abroad in vulnerable or illegal situations. He clarified that these measures apply to all Algerians, with the exception of those "proven to be involved in acts of intelligence with foreign entities, who will be brought to justice".

On the social front, the President of the Republic discussed the State's move toward implementing a new social support policy based on the universalization of digitization by the end of the current year. This will be carried out through a national committee composed of active parties and trade unions.

He also reaffirmed the State's commitment to the free nature of education and health, highlighting the importance of awareness of the necessity to preserve the gains achieved by Algeria through confronting all forms of waste.

And when addressing the reservations raised regarding the Traffic Law and the accompanying "attempts by some parties to practice incitement" concerning this file, the President of the Republic noted the degree of awareness reached by the Algerian people in not being led behind attempts to sow confusion, and the effectiveness of state institutions in treating this subject within a democratic framework.

On the economic matter, the President of the Republic predicted that the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of Algeria will exceed 400 billion dollars by the end of the year 2027 "at the latest," adding that Algeria is "proceeding in its national project which aims to transform into an emerging state."

And concerning the western mining line Gara Djebilet-Tindouf-Bechar, the President of the Republic considered that it is a grand national project aiming at the exploitation of the mining riches that the country abounds with, and it represents 'the first step the country takes to become an emerging state' and that it confirmed in the field the saying that Algeria is a 'country of miracles,' noting that it is expected to allow the creation of a total of 18,000 jobs.

As for the lead and zinc mine project in Oued Amizour (Bejaia), the President of the Republic revealed that it will be launched before the end of the first quarter of the current year 2026.

And concerning the eastern mining line connecting the Bled El-Hadba mine to the Port of Annaba, the President of the Republic confirmed that Algerian phosphate will be shipped at the mining quay in the Port of Annaba "between late 2026 and the end of the first semester of the year 2027".
