The Minister of Knowledge Economy, Start-ups and Micro-enterprises, Noureddine Ouadah, is participating in the 9th edition of the Africa Business Forum (ABF 2026), held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, from February 16 to 17, 2026, according to a ministry statement released this Monday.
The statement added that the 9th edition of the Africa Business Forum (ABF 2026) is held under the theme "Financing Africa's Future: Jobs and Innovation for a Sustainable Transformation."
