Brent crude futures declined by 12 cents, or 0.2 percent, to $70.23 per barrel, while U.S. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) fell by 8 cents, or 0.1 percent, to $65.11 per barrel, after both reached their highest levels since January 30 on Wednesday.
