Global oil prices settled more than 1 percent higher on Friday, registering their largest monthly gain since last March, driven by positive market dynamics.
Brent crude futures rose by $1.09, or 1.2 percent, to settle at $90.12 a barrel.
Similarly, U.S. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures climbed $1.08, or 1.3 percent, closing at $84.67 per barrel.
With these latest figures, Brent crude recorded a massive 24 percent gain for the month of July, while WTI posted a robust 21 percent increase.
