The 20th edition of the "Equip Auto Algeria" trade show will take place from March 30 to April 2 at the Palais des Expositions (Pins Maritimes, Algiers), featuring 500 exhibitors and brands from 11 countries, according to the organizers.
The event will bring together various industry players and professionals, including manufacturers, automotive equipment suppliers, subcontractors, distributors, and international experts, the same source noted, adding that the exhibition will specifically highlight Algerian industrial expertise.
"Sixty-five percent of the Algerian exhibitors are manufacturers, a record that illustrates the growing momentum of local producers (parts, components, lubricants, tires, batteries, and technical products)," the organizers pointed out.
Four national pavilions will be featured at this specialized event: India, China, South Korea, and Turkey, alongside individual exhibitors from Poland, Italy, France, Tunisia, and Germany.
Exclusively open to professionals, the trade show is expected to welcome no fewer than 15,000 visitors. It will provide a strategic platform for B2B meetings, partnerships, and investments, as well as exclusive access to the latest industry trends and innovations.
On the sidelines of the event, a conference will be held under the theme "Made in Algeria: A Strategic Pillar of Industrial Sovereignty in the Automotive Equipment Sector." It will bring together industrialists, experts, institutional representatives, and major buyers to discuss the prospects, challenges, and key drivers for developing local production.
