Oil prices closed higher at settlement on Monday, with Brent crude on track to post record monthly gains.
Brent crude futures rose 21 cents, or 0.19 percent, to settle at $112.78 a barrel.
Meanwhile, US crude futures climbed $3.24, or 3.25 percent, to settle at $102.88 a barrel.
