Attaf Received in Brussels by the Belgian Prime Minister

The Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad, and African Affairs, Mr. Ahmed Attaf, was received Tuesday evening in Brussels by the Belgian Prime Minister, Mr. Bart De Wever, as part of his official visit to the Kingdom of Belgium, according to a ministry statement.

On this occasion, Minister Ahmed Attaf conveyed the greetings of the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, to the Belgian Prime Minister. He also expressed the President's aspiration to continue joint efforts to further bolster the partnership between the two countries, according to the statement.

For his part, the Belgian official requested the Minister of State to convey his greetings to the President of the Republic, expressing his commitment to continuing the development of bilateral relations, the statement added.

“The meeting highlighted the exceptional results achieved in consolidating the economic partnership between Algeria and Belgium recently. It also explored prospects for building on these achievements to elevate bilateral cooperation to higher levels, consistent with the significant potential of both countries and the bonds of solidarity, trust, and mutual respect that have long characterized their bilateral relations,” the statement said.
