The National Center for Drone Systems has invited drone owners who have not yet declared their devices to visit the center to complete declaration and registration formalities before April 30, 2026, according to a communiqué released this Monday by the Ministry of National Defense.
The same source specified that "in accordance with regulatory provisions relating to the authorization of drone systems, and with the aim of regularizing the legal status of their owners and users and ensuring their use within a legal framework—so as to ensure the protection of persons and property and to strengthen public safety—the National Center for Drone Systems of the Ministry of National Defense continues to welcome citizens and institutions that own drone systems."
"Officials at the National Center have established all necessary conditions and facilities, including detailed explanations and useful advice, to ensure the optimal use of these systems in compliance with the law."
In this context, the communiqué states, "the National Center for Drone Systems invites citizens as well as all national, public, and private bodies and institutions owning drone systems that have not yet been declared to contact the National Center before April 30 of this year. This is to complete declaration and registration formalities, enabling them to use the devices legally within the framework of their professional and leisure activities and to benefit from the services offered by the National Center."
