The National Independent Authority for Elections (ANIE) issued a statement on Monday regarding registration on the electoral rolls for the election of members of the People's National Assembly (APN), scheduled for July 2, 2026.
According to the communiqué: "Pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 26-145 of April 4, 2026, convening the electorate for the election of members of the People's National Assembly on Thursday, July 2, 2026, and in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law No. 21-01 of March 10, 2021, relating to the electoral system, as amended and supplemented, the National Independent Authority for Elections informs all Algerian citizens registered on the electoral rolls that they may access the electronic services link via the Authority's official website to verify their registration, polling station number and address, request a copy of their voter card, or request an update or correction of their personal information: https://services.ina-elections.dz."
The Authority also reminds citizens that the exceptional review period for the electoral rolls extends until April 26, 2026. It further informs citizens who have submitted registration requests that confirmation of their registration will be available once the announcement of the end of the exceptional review period is posted and the list of new registrants is published, starting April 27, 2026.
