The People's National Assembly resumes its proceedings this Monday at 9:30 AM with a plenary session dedicated to the presentation and discussion of a draft law amending and supplementing Law No. 04-08 concerning the conditions for practicing commercial activities, according to a statement from the Assembly.
According to the same source, the Assembly's proceedings will continue tomorrow, Tuesday, to conclude the general debate on this text, followed by hearing the government representative's response to the inquiries raised by the members of the Assembly.
The People's National Assembly will also hold a plenary session on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, starting at 3:00 PM, dedicated to voting on this draft law.
