People's National Assembly: Approval of the Draft Law on the Conditions for Exercising Commercial Activities

The members of the People's National Assembly approved this Wednesday the draft law amending and supplementing Law No. 04-08 regarding the conditions for exercising commercial activities.

The vote on this draft law took place during a plenary session chaired by the Speaker of the Assembly, Brahim Boughali, in the presence of the Minister of Internal Trade and National Market Regulation, Mrs. Amel Abdellatif, and the Minister of Relations with Parliament, Mrs. Nadjiba Djilali.
