Oil prices extended their gains on Thursday, continuing the upward trend from previous sessions.
Brent crude futures for June delivery rose by $1.91, or 1.62%, reaching $119.94 a barrel, following a 6.1% surge in the previous session.
Similarly, U.S. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures for June delivery climbed 63 cents, or 0.59%, to $107.51 a barrel, after jumping 7% in the prior session.
