A Palestinian was martyred and others injured on Saturday evening following a bombardment by Zionist occupation forces on Gaza City. Meanwhile, occupation forces continued to demolish houses in the town of Beit Lahia, in the northern Gaza Strip.
According to the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA), a citizen was killed and others wounded when a Zionist drone targeted a group of people near Souq Firas in central Gaza City.
The same source noted that Zionist occupation forces persist in blowing up houses east of Beit Lahia in the north of the territory.
Palestinian medical sources had announced earlier on Saturday that the death toll from the ongoing Zionist aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has risen to 72,938 martyrs and 172,919 injured.
