A delegation of Algerian startups is participating in the "London Tech Week 2026" exhibition, under the supervision of the public accelerator "Algeria Venture," marking the first official Algerian participation in this global event specialized in innovation and modern technology.
According to a statement from the Ministry of Knowledge Economy, Startups and Micro-enterprises, the Algerian delegation participating in this event—which kicked off yesterday, Monday, and will run for 3 days—includes a group of startups active in strategic sectors such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), robotic technologies, and cybersecurity.
This technological event, which sees the participation of around 30,000 attendees, including more than 1,500 investors from all over the world, is considered among the most important tech exhibitions at the European level. It brings together the most prominent players in the innovation ecosystem from Britain and European countries, allowing Algerian startups to explore new cooperation opportunities to accelerate international expansion and to meet with investors and experts, according to the same source.
