The fourth edition of the International Food Show for Africa (IFSA Africa 2026) opened Tuesday morning at the Le Kram Exhibition Center in the Republic of Tunisie, featuring the participation of 23 Algerian companies active in the agri-food sector, according to a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Export Promotion.
Participating under the auspices of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Export Promotion, these Algerian enterprises are showcasing a wide range of food and processed products. This reflects the significant growth of the agri-food sector in Algeria and its increasing competitiveness in regional and international markets.
This participation aligns with national efforts to diversify exports beyond the hydrocarbon sector and strengthen the presence of Algerian products in African markets. It also aims to support economic operators in exploring new partnership opportunities and expanding their commercial networks.
The event is expected to provide participating Algerian companies with platforms to promote their products, explore new markets, and forge commercial agreements and partnerships, further supporting export promotion and solidifying the "Made in Algeria" brand both continentally and internationally.
