The Federal Bureau of the Algerian Football Federation (FAF) has instructed the National Technical Director (DTN) to convene, as soon as possible, an extraordinary session of the National Technical College to participate in the evaluation process of the senior national team's progress, according to a statement from the federal body.
"This approach is based on consultation, expertise, and in-depth technical analysis, to enable the National Technical College to formulate the recommendations it deems useful, in the sole supreme interest of the national team and Algerian football," specified the statement from the federal bureau, which met on Saturday in an ordinary session chaired by Walid Sadi, President of the FAF.
The statement added: "At the end of the ongoing evaluation, the Federal Bureau, whose members serve on a voluntary basis will take, with full transparency, objectivity, and in strict compliance with its responsibilities, the necessary decisions in the sole supreme interest of Algerian football."
"Faithful to its commitment, it will resolutely pursue the implementation of its development project to guarantee all national teams the best conditions for preparation, performance, and success, while consolidating the foundations of a modern, high-performing, and sustainable national football system."
The FAF recalled that building a high-performing national team is a process that requires significant effort, time, and stability, along with a strategic vision and continuity in action.
"The greatest football nations have built their success on consistency, rigor, and confidence in their sporting projects," the statement noted.
The federation called on all components of the Algerian football family leagues, clubs, players, coaches, referees, executives, media, partners, and supporters to preserve unity, serenity, and a spirit of responsibility. "The challenges awaiting Algerian football can only be met in a climate of trust, stability, and collective mobilization," it was stressed.
Finally, the FAF expressed its profound gratitude to the Algerian people and to all the national team's supporters, both in Algeria and abroad, for their loyalty, patience, and unwavering support, which constitute a permanent source of motivation for the entire Algerian football family.
