The Mediator of the Republic, Mohamed Hattab, Highlighted On Sunday in Khenchela That Digital Complaint Registers in Public Administrations and Institutions "Now Constitute a Tool for Tracking Citizens’ Concerns and Evaluating Service Quality in Real Time."
Mr. Hattab Clarified, While Reviewing Complaint Registers in Several Public Institutions During a Working Visit to the Wilaya of Khenchela, That "This Register, in Its New Concept, Is No Longer a Simple Traditional Administrative Tool But a Control System Allowing the Office of the Mediator of the Republic to Transparently and in Real Time Monitor the Level of Concern Management, Ensuring an Accelerated Response Rate and Improved Public Service Quality Owed to Citizens."
During a Visit to the Land Registry and Land Conservation Directorate, Where He Inspected the Reality of Public Service and Digitization, He Emphasized the Need to Simplify Administrative Procedures, Affirming That Digitization "Plays a Crucial Role in Reducing Delays and Processing Pending Files," Which Ensures Improved Public Service Quality and Optimal Handling of Citizens’ Concerns.
At the Headquarters of the Regional Agency of the National Social Insurance Fund (CNAS), Mr. Hattab Paid Special Attention to the Arrangement of Reception Areas, Highlighting, in This Context, That the Implementation of Routes Designed for People with Reduced Mobility "Goes Beyond a Simple Technical Measure but Constitutes the Cornerstone of a Public Service That Enables All Citizens, Regardless of Their Category, to Access State Structures and Benefit from Its Services Under Conditions Ensuring Equal Opportunities."
The Mediator of the Republic Inquired, In This Context, About the Management of People with Special Needs, Saluting "The Efforts Made by Certain Organizations and Institutions to Provide Special Treatment for This Category," Before Calling to "Address Certain Field Shortcomings, Particularly Concerning Special Passages Guaranteeing Smooth Access to Public Structures."
During an Exchange with a Citizen at the Khenchela Municipality Headquarters, Mr. Hattab Emphasized "a Fundamental Principle," Namely "the Citizen’s Right to Receive a Response to Their Concerns," Before Stressing "the Need to Respect Reasonable Deadlines to Ensure Public Service Effectiveness and Avoid Harm to Citizens’ Interests."
He Declared, In This Regard, That "The Response Provided to the Citizen Must Be Based on Clear Legal Justifications to Promote the Principles of Transparency and Administrative Responsibility."
Previously, Mr. Hattab Visited the Headquarters of the Commercial Agency of Algeria Telecom, Where He Listened to an Evaluation Presentation of Citizens’ Reception Conditions, Praising, On Site, the Efforts Made to Offer Quality Services to Customers.
He Also Visited, at the Residence of the Student with the Highest Score (18.70) in the Baccalaureate Exam, Nada Bouterâa, from Khellaf-Bachir High School, Whom He Congratulated, Commending the Role of Her Parents Who Supported and Encouraged Her to Achieve This Result.
