President of the Republic Terminates Duties of Wali of Constantine, Appoints Successor

The President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, signed on Wednesday a presidential decree terminating the duties of Mr. Abdelkhalek Sayouda as the Wali of the wilaya of Constantine, and appointing Mr. Kamel Eddine Karbouche, current Wali of the wilaya of Bejaia, as his successor, the Presidency of the Republic said in a statement.

"The President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, signed today a presidential decree terminating the duties of Mr. Abdelkhalek Sayouda, Wali of the wilaya of Constantine, and appointing Mr. Kamel Eddine Karbouche, Wali of the wilaya of Bejaia, as his successor," the statement read.

The President of the Republic also "tasked the Secretary General of the wilaya of Bejaia, Mr. Saïd Yahiaoui, with managing the affairs of the wilaya of Bejaia in an acting capacity," the statement concluded.
