The Minister of Foreign Trade and Export Promotion, Kamel Rezig, chaired a coordination meeting on Tuesday in Algiers, during which the importance of creating a comprehensive national digital registry encompassing all services and products manufactured in Algeria was highlighted, according to a statement from the ministry.
The meeting, held at the ministry's headquarters, brought together secretaries-general and representatives from various ministerial sectors, in the presence of ministry executives, and was dedicated to enhancing coordination in the field of foreign trade.
In this context, "emphasis was placed on the importance of creating a comprehensive national digital registry encompassing all services and products manufactured in Algeria, to provide an accurate and up-to-date database that supports directing the national supply toward foreign markets and optimally promoting it," as well as "identifying the various sectors' needs for goods and services," according to the same source.
In a speech delivered on this occasion, Mr. Rezig praised the current level of coordination among the various ministerial sectors, emphasizing the importance of strengthening and intensifying it to ensure the cohesion of government efforts and the achievement of the set objectives in the field of foreign trade.
