The Minister of Foreign Trade and Export Promotion, Mr. Kamel Rezig, chaired a working meeting this Monday with a delegation from the Professional Association of Banks and Financial Institutions (ABEF), led by its delegate general, Mr. Rachid Belaïd. The meeting aimed to discuss various concerns of economic operators, particularly those related to bank domiciliation, according to a ministerial statement.
The meeting took place at the Ministry's headquarters, attended by its senior officials and representatives from the banking sector, according to the same source.
This meeting was “dedicated to examining various issues and concerns raised by economic operators, particularly those related to bank domiciliation for estimated import programs for the first half of the current year. This is part of the commitment to ensure the smooth conduct of foreign trade operations and to facilitate procedures for the benefit of economic enterprises,” according to the Ministry's statement.
